The Last Day
Essaouira, Morocco
April, 2001

Tomarrow I leave for Paris. I'm really gonna miss this place. Its hard to get used to at first with all the carpet dealers, haggelers, beggars, hash dealers, etc all harassing you on the street. Once you learn to deal with that crowd, things really start to change. You begin to realize the great amount of freedom you have in this country. You can do, be, see, anything you want and no one cares. Next year, Kurt, Christoph and I are gonna bring back High School marching band uniforms and have a great parade through the Medina every sunday at noon. I know we won't go to jail but will they make us get a permit from Casa?????? The locals will never forget.
