Rubyat sails again!!!!

After years of haggling and paper work, we have just recieved offical permission to sail Rubyat. We went to the Marine Gendarmes yesterday and the chef, out of the blue, said we could put the boat in the water!!!!! So yesterday, with the help of Rachid, we put her in!! Then Christoph and I rowed her to the middle of the channel, started up that brand new engine, and took a beautiful 2 hour ride around the island and half way to cap sim. So
Bitchen!!!
The wind is a bit high, and the Mauvais Temps are coming, but we will savor every opportunity to lift old Ruby's sails.
